I like staying home and this week I’m getting paid to do it. It was quite stressful going to work everyday during so much uncertainty and my first few days staying close to home I grappled with a few hours of anxiety each day. I’m better now. No news. Just fresh air and breeze, meditation & feeding the birds, hugging my dog and binging. Feeling much better now.
