My morning view over coffee and a book. I’m currently reading Shogun by James Clavell. Lots of intrigue within the Samurai culture and the Portuguese component to trade (Goa/Macao) and Jesuit Christianity. Quite the mix of traditional Japan and God fearing Europeans.
